I support lawyers in the pursuit of professional growth.
I am a Certified Executive Coach, lawyer and founder of Effective Lawyering.
I have a few questions for you…
01
Are you looking to generate more business?
02
Would you like a promotion?
03
Are you thinking about changing firms?
04
Are you balancing family and a busy law practice?
Are you ready to do the work necessary to answer these questions?
Meet Julia Jackson
I believe individuals can grow, even (especially!) in the most challenging situations. I thrive on helping people push their limits and make great things happen. As your coach I will support you to be the leader you want to be now for yourself, your teams, your clients and your practice.
My approach to coaching is premised in a strongly held belief that my clients can grow. My lawyer brain is conditioned to question - and so is my coaching brain. In my coaching practice, I ask powerful questions, interrogate assumptions, pay witness to the ups and downs of personal growth, and help clients take extreme ownership. I help clients create the life you want to lead.
As your coach, I will act as your thought partner - not tell you what to do. I will help you find new ways of relating and adopt habits that better serve you so that you can move forward toward a more meaningful life.
